INVITATION TO BID FOR ONE (1) JOB LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED RENOVATION OF BUILDING ENVELOPE OF PAYWARD BUILDING
1) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center through the through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Pesos (Php 8, 000, 000.00) through its GAA being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the above project with IB No. 2026-028 BAC I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Forty-Four (144) Calendar Days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
