1) The Guimaras State University, through the Internally Generated Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php 5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One (1) Contract for Perimeter Fencing of Guimaras State University - Mosqueda Campus. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Guimaras State University now invites bids for Perimeter Fencing of Guimaras State University - Mosqueda Campus. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
