Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR: ONE (1) CONTRACT FOR THE JANITORIAL SERVICES OF GUIMARAS STATE UNIVERSITY
1) The Guimaras State University, through the Internally Generated Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 6, 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Janitorial Services of Guimaras State University. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Guimaras State University now invites bids for Janitorial Services of Guimaras State University using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed and shall be effective for a period of One (1) year. Bidders should have completed, at least Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
