1) The Guimaras State University, through the Internally Generated Income intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Four Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 7, 475, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One (1) Contract for the Construction of Perimeter Fence, Salvador Campus. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Guimaras State University now invites bids for Construction of Perimeter Fence, Salvador Campus. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
