Detailed_Description : Fort William Historical Park (FWHP), an agency of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Gaming (MTCG), is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a backup power generator system at its facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario.This includes the supply, delivery, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of the generator system in accordance with a completed design prepared by an engineering firm in 2025.This project is required to ensure continuity of operations and maintain facility resilience in the event of power outages.
Scope of Work : The Ministry requires a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, install, integrate, test, and commission a backup power generator system at Fort William Historical Park in Thunder Bay, Ontario, in accordance with a completed design prepared by an engineering firm.The work includes all labour, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to complete the project, including connection and integration with existing electrical infrastructure. The generator system must be fully operational and capable of performing as intended under normal and emergency conditions.The objective of this project is to ensure continuity of operations and enhance facility resilience in the event of power outages.Work is expected to commence following contract award and must be completed within the timeline specified in the Request for Bids (RFB) documents.All work will take place at Fort William Historical Park in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
