The Committee on Decorum and Investigation (CODI) plays a critical role in upholding safe, respectful, and gender-responsive workplaces across both public and private institutions. This is in strict adherence to the Magna Carta of Women (Republic Act No. 9710), which mandates the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women and guarantees their right to safety and security in the workplace. This mandate is further operationalized by the Safe Spaces Act (Republic Act No. 11313), the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995 (Republic Act No. 7877), the 2025 Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service (RACCS), and other related statutory issuances.
