Procurement Description: Bank of Latvia organized by information campaigns and educational events (hereinafter - informative materials) development strategies, developing media plans, supplying information materials to the media, co -ordination of information materials in the media. for the media plan, as well as the delivery of information materials placement campaign statistics in accordance with the requirements specified in the Technical Specification of the Tender Regulations (hereinafter - the Regulations) (Annex 1) and the terms included in the draft contract (Annex 3).
