Tender Details

The ministry of agriculture (the "ministry") is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to administer (develop, promote and deliver) the application-driven on-farm food safety program (offs program), funded under the canadian agricultural partnership (cap), a federal-provincial-territorial initiative. The program seeks to increase adoption of new or improving existing food safety practices and systems by bc farm-based businesses (i.e. Growers, packers and ranchers), thereby enabling the agrifood sector to meet existing and emerging market and regulatory requirements. The offs program will be subject to ministry approved work plan and budget, achievement of performance targets, and compliance with the bc-canada cap bilateral agreement.please see "supplier attachments".
