BCFSA may award an initial assignment relating to the sublease of one (1) of the identified floors. BCFSA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to engage the Contractor to provide substantially similar services for the remaining floor within twenty-four (24) months of Contract award, under the same terms and conditions as the Contract. The successful Proponent will provide brokerage and related advisory services to support BCFSA through the sublease process, including market advice, marketing of the sublease opportunity, identification and qualification of prospective subtenants, negotiation support, coordination with the landlord and legal counsel, and transaction execution.
