The Museum Agency / National Museum of Finland organizes a market survey phase regarding Olavinlinna's restaurant operations, which includes Olavinlinna's restaurant operations, i.e. restaurant, cafe and meeting and party services (later restaurant services). The aim is to tender Olavinlinna's restaurant services after the market survey. The new contract period begins on January 1, 2027. Restaurant services are seen as an integral part of Olavinlinna's service package, but also independently as an interesting part of Olavinlinna's operations and the future supplier of restaurant services has the opportunity to participate and influence the development of these services and concepts. 26 May 2026 and Wednesday 27 May 2026.
