Tender Details

1. The Supplier undertakes, in the manner and within the terms established by the Agreement, to transfer to the Buyer ownership of Euro diesel fuel, summer, grade C, environmental class K 5 (DT-L-K5) in the amount of 400, 000 tons; Euro diesel fuel, winter, environmental class 2 class K 5 (DT-Z-K5) in the amount of 532, 000 tons (hereinafter referred to as the Goods) by sea by tanker fleet by releasing diesel fuel to the receiving oil barge, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods and pay the Contract Price. 2. Name, range and the quantity of the Goods (lots of Goods), as well as the timing and place of its delivery, are indicated in the Buyer-s application sent to the Seller in the manner and within the time limits established by the Agreement. 3. The supply of Goods under the Agreement is carried out to meet the needs of the PJSC branch Kamchatskenergo Renewable energy: 4. General delivery time of the Product: start - from 04/15/2027; Ends: 10/31/2027.
