1.1. The Supplier undertakes, in the manner and within the terms established by the Agreement, to transfer the ownership of inventory items (hereinafter referred to as the Goods) to the Buyer in accordance with the Specification (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement), and the Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods and pay Contract price. 1.2. Place of delivery of the Goods: Kamchatka Territory, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Pobeda Ave., 24, on weekdays, Mon-Fri from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 17.30 (hereinafter referred to as the Place of Delivery). 1.4.
