Application Procedure :

Applications for participation in the electronic auction (hereinafter referred to as the EA) are submitted only by persons registered in the UIS and accredited at the electronic site (hereinafter referred to as the EP). Filing applications for participation in the procurement of certain types of TRU in relation to whose participants the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with part 2 and 2.1 st. 31 of Law No. 44-FZ additional requirements are established, it is carried out only by EA participants, electronic documents (or copies thereof) of which are posted in accordance with part 13 of Art. 24.2 of Law No. 44-FZ by the EP operator in the register of procurement participants accredited to EP. Application for participation in EA consists oftwo parts. An EA participant has the right to submit an application for participation in an EA at any time from the moment of posting a notice on its implementation to the date and time for the deadline for submitting applications. An application for participation in EA, with the exception of the case provided for in clause 8.1 of Article 66 of Law No. 44-FZ, is sent by the EA participantto the EP operator in the form of two electronic documents containing the parts of the application provided for in parts 3 and 5 of Art. 66 of Law No. 44-FZ. These electronic documents are submitted simultaneously.
