Background and purpose Engerdal, Trysil, Os, Røros and Sel municipalities intend to enter into a framework agreement for digital psychological services. The acquisition includes the purchase of digital psychological services in the following areas, the list is not exhaustive: • Depression • Stress and PTSD • Anxiety • Sleep disorders • Loneliness • Eating disorders • Physical illnesses In addition, there will be a need for group guidance by the municipality's health personnel related to e.g. mental health, addiction and health centre. The service must help ensure that patients and users get the right help at the right time, and must primarily include people over the age of 18. Services for people under the age of 18 are mainly provided through BUP/DPS and public health nurses. The purpose of the procurement is to ensure that the municipalities' statutory health and care services can be delivered in a sound, accessible and flexible way, by having available and competent psychological staff adapted to the needs of patients and users at all times.
