The Ontario Federation of Indigenous Friendship Centres (OFIFC) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive building maintenance services for its facilities. The selected contractor will design and implement a preventive and corrective maintenance program to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities while supporting sustainability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Services include routine inspections, equipment maintenance, repairs, general building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry), documentation, and adherence to health and safety requirements.
