The purpose of this RFP is to establish a long-term collaborative partnership with a highly qualified event technology provider that will serve as the Official Audio-Visual Supplier and Exclusive Rigging Provider for the Halifax Convention Centre for an initial five (5) year term, with Events East having the option to extend the agreement for one (1) additional five (5) year term. The Official Audio-Visual Supplier designation will be non-exclusive, and clients may retain qualified third-party audio visual and production providers, subject to Events East policies, procedures, and operational requirements. The successful Proponent will provide comprehensive audio visual, rigging, and event technology services that support safe, responsive, and high-quality event delivery at the Halifax Convention Centre.
