Terms and Conditions:
1. Items shall be delivered to NMP Training Complex, Cabalawan, Tacloban City (FOB-NMP) within TWENTY (20) calendar days after receipt/acknowledgement of the Purchase Order.
2. Price validity shall be for a period until complete delivery.
3. Price quotation should be made with extra care taking into account the specifications and unit of quantity to avoid errors. Bidder bind themselves to all the conditions stipulated in this quotation.
4. Price quoted shall be inclusive of taxes, delivery charges ans any other charges as may be prescribed by law.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not allowed.
6. Withholding taxes as per BIR rules and regulations will be deducted by NMP a from
the contract price.
7. Payment shall be done after complete delivery subject to the usua; inspection and acceptance requirements, and the submission of the complete documentary requirements.
8. The Winning Bidder must provide at his own cost an Omnibus Sworn Statement relative A+/-to the transaction.
9. The supplier shall open an account with the Development Bank of the Philippines to facilitate payment of any claim as per DBM Circular No. 2013-16 dated December 22, 2013. If the supplier opts use their accounts on other banks, the supplier shall shoulder the prevailing bank service charges in the transfer of payment by the NMP.
10. Warranty: For Office Tables - at least 3 months
