The procurement is carried out by means of simplified procurement, in accordance with Article 10¹ 3 of the Law of Georgia "On State Procurements" On the basis of Sub-Clause "D" (Smoothly Conducting Events of State and Public Importance within Limited Time Limits), Decree No. 1249 of the Government of Georgia dated June 10, 2026 (Goods to be Purchased within the Rural Support Program) on granting the right to simplified purchase). The technical description of the procurement object is presented in the attached document (see attached file).
