The acquisition focuses on the supply of office supplies, basic school supplies, crafting supplies, printing equipment and copy papers to subscribers under the terms and conditions defined in this invitation to tender and its annexes. The actual contract period is expected to start on June 1, 2025 and end on 31.5.2026, In addition, subscribers reserve the right to continue the agreement for three years (1+1+1) in the option period. The actual contract period is 12 months. The acquisition is divided into parts. Partial offers are not accepted within the areas. The tenderer must provide all the objects of the sub-area or sub-areas they offer.The acquisition is divided into areas by product group: 1. Office supplies and basic schools (including writing equipment, booklets, calendars, first aid supplies) 2. Printing supplies (color cartridges and ink cartridges) 3. Crafting accessories (eg drawing papers and equipment)4. White copy paper (box and pallet deliveries). The acquisition will be implemented as a framework arrangement.
