Summay of Notice: ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the Procuring entity : Haruki Ogawa, Director of the General Coordination Department, Tokushima Labor Bureau.

⑷ Delivery period : Delivery and installation work are scheduled for November 2026. (Subject to change depending on construction progress)

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

① Not come under to the provisions of Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting. Further, those persons who are minors, or Persons under Assistance who have obtained the consent required for concluding a contract may be applicable in cases with special reasons within the said clause,

② Not be covered by Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting,

③ Be rated with an ｢A｣, ｢B｣ or ｢C｣ during fiscal year 2025/2026/2027 for the ｢Sale of Products｣ for the participation in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare, which is the uniform qualification for every ministry and agency,

④ For bidders subject to the following insurance system of each item, and it is not in arrears either of insurance premiums for the last two years of the bid submission deadline of this bid :

a.Welfare annuity insurance

b .Health insurance (the thing which association of national health insurance has jurisdiction over)

c.Seamen's insurance
