Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR: OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR THE ADVANCE EDUCATION OFFICE OF GUIMARAS STATE UNIVERSITY

1. The Guimaras State University, through the Local Income (Fund 164) intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Five Pesos and 78/100 (Php 877, 285.78) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for Office Supplies for the Advance Education Office of Guimaras State University with the Solicitation Number: 24-04-0061. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Guimaras State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is Thirty Five (35) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
