1. The City Government of Tacurong through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) is inviting suppliers
to bid for the supply and delivery of the following Office Supplies Expense to wit:

2.A complete set of Bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders from April 6-14, 2026 upon payment of non-refundable fee based on the ABC. The proof of payment with photocopy shall be presented before releasing of bidding documents.
3.The bidders shall manually drop their bids in two (2) separate sealed big envelopes in the bid box at the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee, Second Floor, New Executive Building. Deadline for submission and receipt of bids shall be on or before 1:30 P.M. of April 14, 2026 Late bids shall not be accepted.
4.Bid opening shall be on April 14, 2026 right after 1:30PM at the Bids and Awards Committee Conference Room, 2/F, New Executive Building. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend the activity.
