1) The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the GF - CAPITAL OUTLAY (MSWDO) 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for OFFICE REPAIR MSWDO (PHASE II). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar now invites bids for the repair of 56.70 sq.m MSWDO office located in Brgy. 02 Poblacion, San Jose de Buan, Samar. Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
