Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Office Rental
1) The National Privacy Commission (NPC) through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Two Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Two Pesos and 15/100 Only. (Php18, 285, 362.15) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Office Rental (APP Item No. 2026-009). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The duration of the contract to bid shall be for eight (8) months, commencing upon the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), with the option to renew for four (4) additional years, contingent upon satisfactory performance, availability of funds, and compliance with the applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
2) The NPC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within seven (7) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Office Rental or Lease of Office Space.
