Summary of the Requirement
Plan International Cambodia Wants to Purchase:
A. Insurance: Staff, Intern and Dependents Include Parents and in Law Age 65years old
and un-named traveller for child/youth for twelve (12) months term from 01st july 2024
to 30th june 2025, includes:
i) group personal accident insurance;
ii) hospitalization and surgical insurance;
iii) health check-up, vaccination and vision care;
iv) outpatient (include sexually transmitted infections “stis”) for insured members;
v) group life insurance; and
vi) un-named traveller insurance for child/youth
b. insurance: office, property and vehicle insurance for ten (10) months term from 01st
september 2024 to 30th june 2025, includes:
i) fire insurance (on building "excluded foundation" furniture, fixtures, fittings, office
equipment, machinery, and generator whilst contained in the building);
ii) burglary insurance (on furniture, fixtures, fittings, office equipment, machinery, and
generator whilst contained in the building);
iii) public liability insurance;
iv) vehicle insurance (coverage: tpl, pl, od & theft); and
v) motorcycle insurance (coverage: tpl, pl, od & theft)
