The scope of the procurement includes annual licence renewals and support for OPC-s existing on premises Content Manager v23.4 environment, the supply and ongoing management of additional licences, and the provision of software maintenance and technical support services for the duration of the contract. The contract will also include the delivery of one off training services for designated OPC personnel. Additional goods and services, such as upgrades or professional services, may be managed through contract variations where required.
