(1) from Law 98/2016, the contracting authority reserves the right to participate in the award procedure, only to protected units authorized according to Law no. 448/2006 regarding the protection and promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities, republished, with the amendments andthe subsequent additions, and social insertion enterprises provided for by Law no. 219/2015 on the social economy.
