OFFICE EQUIPMENT (Multifunction Photocopier)
1. The Municipality of Balamban, through the MBO - Office Equipment & Other Supplies and Materials, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 190, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for OFFICE EQUIPMENT (Multifunction Photocopier). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Balamban, now invites bids for OFFICE EQUIPMENT (Multifunction Photocopier). Delivery of Goods is required 30 days after the issuance of the Notice of Award. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
