1. The Municipal Government of Cajidiocan, Romblon intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS and 00/100 ONLY (PHP 150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for OFFICE EQUIPMENT (CO) 2 UNITS LAPTOP- MBO, CAJIDIOCAN, ROMBLON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
