OTHER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES SOUTHEAST REGIONAL SERVICE COMMISSION OFFICE BUILDING ExPANSION 2025-01 Sealed bids marked "Bid for Southeast Region Service Commission, Office Building Expansion 2025-01" will be received at the office of the Southeast Regional Service Commission - Solid Waste Division, 100 Bill Slater Drive 128, Berry Mills, NB, until 2:00 p.m. on April 16th, 2025. The name of the bidding firm shall be clearly indicated on the envelope. In general, the work consists of construction of a new 2, 100 ft2 single story office building on Bill Slater Drive, Berry Mills N.B. Each Bid shallbe accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Labour and Materials Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price.
