“Office Building Construction Phase II”
1. The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro (PGOM), through the FY 2026 20% Development Fund (1st Quarter), intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos and 89/100 (P19, 999, 933.89) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Office Building Construction Phase II” (Ref. No. 331-2025). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Description of the above Project is as follows: “Construction of Provincial Health Office with a total area of 544.0 square meters as per plan” and is located in Brgy. Tayamaan, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro.
