AIIB would like to procure 4 support resources familiar with Microsoft Office 365 platform technology stack to provide Office 365 platform support and business application support services.

The number of resources required are as follows. Please refer to section 5 for detailed skillset requirements.
• Three full-time support resources familiar with Microsoft Office 365 technology stack for Microsoft Office 365 Platform support.

• One on-demand training resource familiar with the Microsoft Office 365 technology stack and Microsoft Power BI technology stack.
The main service scope is to provide level-2 operational support services, such as issue handling, troubleshooting, change implementation, system configuration management, training support, user-guided, account management, permission management, etc. Please refer to section 5 for detailed support task and service level agreement.
