Description : The Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology (NMSCST), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) for Goods and Services, intends to procure Office 365 Subscription through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (Section 53.9) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184 for the project “OFFICE 365 SUBSCRIPTION” with RFQ No. 26IGFSVP06-16-G, located at Labuyo, Tangub City.
The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱150, 000.00). Any bid or quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
Interested suppliers shall submit their duly accomplished quotations, together with all required eligibility and technical documents as specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ), on or before June 29, 2026, at 9:00 A.M.
