Tenders are invited for Announcement of a public auction for the fourth time -

Damascus Governorate announces its desire to hold a public auction / for the fourth time / to offer vacant ground floor shops in plot numbers (98) -99-105) located in Al-Husseiniyah expansion (as it currently stands) (with an annual rental fee).

According toAccording to the technical specifications and the book of financial and legal terms and conditions regulated for this purpose and in accordance with the following:

Applications for participation in the bidding shall be submitted directly to the bidding committee in Damascus Governorate and in the presence of the governorate's auctioneer at the time and date specified in this announcement, attached to the supporting documents stipulated in Article 11 of the Unified Contracts System issued byLaw No. 51 of 2004 and the temporary insurances specified in this announcement 0

The bidder is exempted from submitting a merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document in one of the industrial, agricultural, commercial or tourism chambers, and a financial stamp of /100, 000/SYP and a local administration stamp of /5100/SYP will be affixed to the subscription application. SYP, a war effort stamp of /300/SYP, and a reconsolidation stampR / 10100 / S.P. and a martyr's stamp / 200 / S.P.
