In the second half of 2025 (1 July to 31 December), Denmark will take care of the Presidency of the EU Council of Ministers, which involves extensive meeting activities, including a number of ministerial meetings, officials/conferences. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is therefore seeking conference facilities suitable for this type of meeting. In total, a total number of participants is estimated throughout the period of approx. 17, 000 people. In addition, support personnel, which can amount to up to about 250 people per person. Ministerial Meeting. Political teams have decided that the meetings should be held in different parts of the country. It is expected that most of the meeting activities will be held in Copenhagen for logistical reasons, including short transport time to Copenhagen Airport, as well as for the sake of hotel capacity and cost -effectiveness by gathering many meetings in one place. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is therefore looking for conference venues in Copenhagen as well as outside Copenhagen. Therefore, the supply is divided into 6 sub -agreements. There are 3 sub -agreements regarding conference venues in Jutland or on Funen and 3 sub -agreements regarding conference venues in Copenhagen.
