The home care function will henceforth be housed in the buildings that have previously been used for production for the company Linex (hereinafter referred to as "Linex factory"). The purpose of the present tender for consultants and the subsequent general contract tender is for the Linex factory to be transformed, renovated and fitted out for this purpose.
The project material, which was originally prepared by DOMINIA and Thing Brandt Landskab, has been used as a tender project that formed the basis for the publication of a turnkey tender in November 2024 (bkg. no. 711039-2024 - OJ S 227/2024 21/11/2024). None of the 3 pre-qualified general contractors submitted an offer for the task, which is why the tender was cancelled.
The purpose of the present tender is that the winning turnkey consultant is tasked with completing the project material, so that the project material can form the basis for carrying out a (new) turnkey tender and entering into a turnkey contract with the winning tenderer.
