The offer of turnkey advice and turnkey contracting takes place as an integrated collaboration. Central Jutland Region, the General Contractor and the General Adviser enter into a joint cooperation agreement. The cooperation agreement constitutes that groundfundamental element for the parties' cooperation on the development and execution of the Project.

Region Midtjylland simultaneously enters into a turnkey contract agreement and a turnkey consultant agreement with the turnkey contractor and the turnkey consultant respectively.
