Offer of Soft Facility Management This tender concerns the tender of Soft Facility Management (hereafter FM) for Denmark's Prisons (formerly the Correctional Service) (hereafter Ordering Party) by the Board of Denmark's Prisons. The tender is carried out as a tender with negotiation according to Section II of the Public Procurement Act, which means that any economic operator can apply to be pre-qualified, but only the pre-qualified applicants can submit an offer. The offer includes the following four service areas: 1. Cleaning 2. Internal Service 3. Waste management 4. Car park service Each service area contains a number of services and sub-services. Cleaning includes, among other things cleaning and window polishing and is by far the largest service area in the agreement. Reference is made to the tender material for a detailed elaboration thereof, including a description of the other service areas as well as detailed information on scope and service requirements. Denmark's Prisons comes under the Ministry of Justice and consists of the Board of Denmark's Prisons and two Prison circles. Denmark's Prisons runs the country's prisons and detention centres, supervises convicts, works with crime prevention and creates security in society together with the other authorities in the legal system.
