Kirstinebjerg School, department Høgevej (enrolment) Kirstinebjerg School, Dept. Havepladsvej (schooling) The tender process concerns the delivery of school meals to Kirstinebjerg School, which has been selected by the Ministry of Children and Education for participation in a 3-year national trial scheme for school meals. Two (2) of the school's departments are covered by the trial scheme and thus by this tender. The two (2) departments covered by the tender are department Høgevej and department Havepladsvej. In both departments are the kitchen facilities limited. The solution must therefore be organized so that it is as simple as possible for the Ordering Party to handle. This means that the school meal must be delivered ready to serve, without the need for further preparation, and in packaging from which the food can be served direct. In this offer, a school meal is understood to mean either an ordinary lunch that is served at the individual school, or a pre-packaged lunch (trip meal) that can be brought on the days when classes participate in activities outside the school. The school meal scheme for the two (2) departments are offered as two (2) separate contracts (subcontracts). You can therefore choose whether you wish to submit an offer for one of the partial agreements, or for both partial agreements. It is thus possible for the same tenderer to be awarded both partial agreements.
