It is expected that it will be necessary for the Etablissement- og Tærrenkommandoen (ETK) to set up a number of temporary pavilion facilities in the coming years, so that ETK can support the upcoming capacity building in the Armed Forces. In this connection, ETK wants to participate a framework agreement with a number of suppliers of pavilions, so that the pavilions can be set up as the need arises. The framework agreement will cover the entire Commonwealth, i.e. Denmark, the Faroe Islands and Greenland, and all contracts under the framework agreement will be awarded on background of mini-tenders, cf. section 100 of the Norwegian Tenders Act.
