Mineral plate, isolated roof PIR/PM min 145mm, single -pitched with a gutter or system roof with water -insulated PIR system, reinforced, covered with not flammable vinyl lining, partition walls from the PIR/PIR/PIOKNE plate LED and 220V sockets according to the inverter air conditioning standard in the entire building, men's/women's sanitary nodes with full equipment and shower, respectively to the number of employees and the guidelines of sanitary department to the external floor with the entrance to the social and office rooms 160 cm without progenified completed completion date of the building project - first quarter 2026.
