The ordering party is a district heating transmission company for the following five stakeholder municipalities: Frederiksberg, Gentofte, Gladsaxe, Copenhagen and Tarnby.
The client supplies around 250, 000 homes in the capital area with district heating primarily based on surplus heat from power plants and waste incineration.
Present tender concerns the conclusion of two framework agreements for technical advice and assistance related to the Ordering Party's district heating transmission business.
Subcontract 1 regarding Operation and Maintenance and Subcontract 2 regarding Projects.
The client has chosen to divide the consultancy tasks into two sub-contracts in order to ensure specialized and optimal advice partly for the operation and maintenance of the Ordering Party's systems and partly when implementing projects related to the Ordering Party's systems.
The advisory tasks are of a specialized nature, and will have varied content, scope and type, and must depending on the specific requested advice either contribute to support the Ordering Party's operational functions or the Ordering Party's projects.
