Offer of framework agreement regarding total consultancy BoVendia hereby offers a framework agreement regarding technical advice and assistance (total advice) according to ABR 18. The framework agreement includes upcoming projects in all of the housing association's departments within new construction, renovation, ongoing minor renovation tasks as well as ongoing ad-hoc advice/tasks in connection with the existing building stock. The tender for the framework agreement is carried out as a limited tender, where 7 applicants are prequalified. A framework agreement is concluded with the 4 total consultants who make offers with the best ratio between price and quality. For the specific agreements that the framework agreement results in, it is in all respects only the specific department at BoVendia that is obligated and entitled according to the agreement. The ordering party is not obliged to purchase services under the framework agreement; the framework agreement is thus not exclusive. Applicable to all tasks under the framework agreement is that it relates to public housing and is subject to the legislation applicable to such cases with associated circulars and instructions. The projects can be both subsidized and unsubsidized, it is therefore important that the total consultants with whom an agreement is made have in-depth knowledge of work with public housing.
