Tender Details

In this tender, the Ordering Party wishes to obtain offers for the conclusion of a framework agreement for delivery and servicing, etc. of exercise machines. In this context, exercise machines mean cardio machines (e.g. treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines, etc.) and strength machines (e.g. leg press, chest press, lat pull-down, cable machines, etc.) for indoor use. The framework agreement thus does not include other training equipment such as dumbbells, benches, barbells, kettlebells, balls, rubber bands, mats or similar equipment, as this is covered by a separate framework agreement. The training machines must be able to be used by a wide range of users, including young people, adults, the elderly and people with disabilities. The exercise machines must therefore be suitable for various purposes such as exercise, strength training, health promotion and rehabilitation, and they must be able to be set and adjusted to meet different user needs and functional levels. The framework agreement also includes related services in the form of delivery, bringing in and setting up the machines as well as service and repair, so that the exercise machines appear safe, functional and suitable for the purpose at all times.
