Tender Details

Of the current tender for a framework agreement for consultancy for the non-profit housing association ØsterBO in Vejle. In the following, the tender is described, including tender form, timetable, delivery requirements and assessment process and criteria. The framework agreement includes several various renovation and construction cases, distributed among several departments. The framework agreement is entered into for consultancy services which are described in more detail in the project description, doc. 04. ØsterBO is, as a non-profit housing association and body under public law, to be described as point of departure covered by the following set of rules: • Mandatory to tender according to the tender rules, • The set of rules in the Public Housing Act, • Rules for the Construction Damage Fund, Landsbyggefond and Almen Net. ØsterBO intends to enter into a framework agreement divided into two sub-agreements, each of which partial agreement will be concluded with two tenderers (parallel advisory teams). The framework agreement is not exclusive for the issuer. This means that the Client expects to use the framework agreement for future renovation tasks, but the client reserves the right to use other consultants to solve tasks during the period of the framework agreement if the client considers that another consultant will be best suited to solve the task. Sub-agreement 1 - Architectural consultancy The framework agreement is entered into as a parallel framework agreement with several others advisers on the same sub-agreement and includes architectural advice and assistance regarding assignments.
