Offer of driving with EAT school meals With this tender, the Ordering Party wishes to obtain offers for the delivery of school meals from EAT's central kitchen to the schools in the municipality of Copenhagen that are registered with the municipal school meals scheme. The Ordering Party's requirements for contract terms appears from the draft contract (appendix A), while the requirements for the service are described in detail in the technical specification (appendix 1). In addition, a list of the schools that are currently registered for the school meals scheme, including a map of these schools, is attached locations, as well as an overview of the delivery quantities of boxes of school food that have been delivered in the period October - December 2025 (appendix 6). The ordering party wishes to conclude the contract with one tenderer - the Supplier. In addition, a security of supply agreement with a tenderer who must act as a security of supply supplier if the contract with the Supplier ends, e.g. by mutual termination, cancellation or other conditions which bring the contractual relationship of the parties to an end.
