Offer of cover for Skibstrup Waste Center Forsyning Helsingør Affald A/S (hereafter referred to as "client") offers a turnkey contract for the establishment of 2, 000 square meters of roofing for 27 container stands at the Skibstrup Waste Center. Establishment of the 27 container stands are also included in the contract. The container stands are divided into 15 spaces with L-elements for recording level differences and 12 spaces on the ground. The roof itself consists of 30 columns and foundations. It is noted around the foundations, that the 27 container stands and cover must be placed on an existing landfill, which is why pile foundations must not be used. The foundations must therefore have a maximum depth of 1.3 metres. This will mean that all new constructions covered by the contract, including the foundations container stands with L-elements as well as the roof, will be founded on the underlying landfill, which may result in settlements. The client has prepared a project proposal to ensure that the project is buildable prior to a tender. A number of assumptions have been made as a basis for the proposed construction, including calculation of statics. In connection with submitting an offer, the tenderer must either verify the project's prerequisites as proposed by ordering party, or calculate new prerequisites as part of the offer.
