Banedanmark today has tailor-made applications that are used for e.g. to process traffic information for screens and loudspeakers on platforms, as well as manage railway operations including timetables, track closures, speed reductions etc. These applications need ongoing support and maintenance. In addition, there will be a need for further development of the applications, which is why the purpose of the contract is to ensure continuous maintenance and support of the applications, as well as further development of the applications, should this become necessary. Prior to these services, a transition will take place which, among other things, implies that the prospective supplier must establish a maintenance and development environment so that the supplier is able to carry out maintenance and development tasks on the applications. The offer includes the following applications: ENKS-2, ENK, TIBLA, Pbase, Tetris Frontend, Tetris Backend, Train status, GSM-R API, Train conductor, NOBI, Pico, MitTog, FOS Info Dashboard, Target management, Punctuality Interface, AI forecasting module, GIS module for Train status, Master data editor Logging module and Overwatch. It will be possible to include more services in the contract, as well as remove applications from the contract, during the term of the contract.
