This tender concerns the conclusion of a contract for the development of a new Client solution. The tender is carried out as a tender with negotiation in accordance with section II of the Public Procurement Act, which means that any economic operator can apply to be pre-qualified, but it is only the pre-qualified applicants who can submit an offer.
The purpose of the tender is to create a quality boost in Denmark's Prisons' core business by implementing a new client system together with a new integration platform and data platform. In the new system complex, all relevant and up-to-date information will be available to of right employees.
The new client solution must replace the existing Client System in Denmark's Prisons, as well as ensure efficient, correct, legally compliant, data-supported and secure client administration and case processing with efficient workflows and better data quality.
Denmark's prisons have Microsoft CRM licenses on which the solution must be built. With this tender, a supplier is wanted for configuration, further development, support and maintenance, as well as advice regarding operational preparation and commissioning of a new Client solution built on Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement 9.1 (on premise) version 9.1.
