Offer of BBR 3.0 Ordering party provides Contract regarding Transition In, Further development, Application operation, Application maintenance, Support, Ordering services and Transition Out. The BBR system (Building and Housing Register) is Denmark's central, statutory system register of all buildings, dwellings, technical installations and grounds. It functions as a national basic data register and is used by both public authorities, companies and citizens. The contract consists of the following 3 main services: I. Transition In, including i.a. a safe and stable takeover of application responsibility for BBR, implementation of e.g. project management, transition organization, transfer of source code and documentation, implementation of technical transition and necessary transformation, acquisition of knowledge from Releasing Supplier and establishment of the operating organisation, including establishment of cooperation with the Operating Supplier. II. Ongoing services to BBR, including; a. Support, including e.g. responsibility for Service Desk, user administration, handling Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, Early Life Support, cf. the Operational Processes, to ensure high availability for Users; b. Application operation, including i.a. database operation, operation of middleware, backup, restore, monitoring and logging, 2nd and 3rd line support, Configuration, Patch, and Release and Deployment Management, cf. the Operational Processes, and operational reporting with high requirements for uptime and response times; c.
